Appointment Cancellation Policy
Cascada Unisex Salon values your time and our team works hard to ensure that your appointment starts on time. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, a cancellation fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
At Cascada Unisex Salon, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will make it right.
